File Size Specifications:
1. All submitted images must belong to you or with the written permission from the author.
2. A minimum of 8-10 images per submission. They must be a set of a fashion story / beauty story, portrait story with a coherent story/theme.
3. Give a title for your editorial/test.
4. We will e-mail you back if your submission has been accepted.
5. Once approved, make sure you follow these guidelines: all individual images must be supplied in high resolution, 300dpi, without watermarks via file sharing sites such as dropbox, wetransfer or yousendit. (images may be cropped to fit magazine measurements)

When sending your submission, please include a document file with the full credit list of creative team from your shoot: models (with agency), makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, clothing designer(s) etc.
Please provide links to your website for linking purposes to help promote your work. Wardrobe Credits In addition, all wardrobe credits need to be clearly stated according to the image file name so that we can easily distinguish which look goes with what images. This helps us to avoid any errors.
We can only accept submissions from the photographer. The only time we can make an exception is if:
a) you have a letter of permission from the photographer
b) you have proof that you own the copyright to the images.

Submissions for our Art and Design Magazine are very limited and exclusive. If you are a designer, painter, sculpture, architect, photographer etc. and wish to be featured in one of our new upcoming issues please contact our content editors Yadin Yin or Jamin Liu for further instructions on how to be featured.

By submitting items, you are stating that you have permission/authorizations and all clearances to submit the items to PERIOD Magazine and all of our media partners/collaborators for media distribution. We, including our media partners/collaborators, are held blameless for any and all disputes which arise out of your submissions. This statement will serve as a Release Form for any and all submissions. These rules are effective for any and all submissions, read or unread. We do not give out complimentary copies of the magazine. PERIOD Magazine is not responsible for any cost associated with the production of your submission; also we do not pay for submissions.
PERIOD. Magazine accepts submissions from photographers, artists, models, fashion brands, designers and stylists. If accepted, your work may be featured on our print magazine. We will be releasing 2-3 issues per month.
By allowing PERIOD Magazine to publish your work, you grant us permission to use your work in any of our publications in print/online, websites, advertising, videos, and any other media used to promote the magazine.
